Channel Guidelines:
Ops in the channel are Ops because they are trusted to use their judgement to keep the channel running smoothly. They are people who care about the channel, and who wish to see the channel succeed.
Please review these following Guidelines to help ensure that everyone enjoys themselves and the channel runs smoothly.
The following Guidelines are:
English only- since a majority of our users speak English.
Do not PM anyone without their Consent. No one likes to get a msg from someone they hardly or don�t know at all.
Advertising is not allowed in the channel. The only links posted in channel come from the trivia bot!
Any conversations that are considered racist, discriminating, or slandering will not be tolerated.
Mean-spirited jokes or negative comments will not be tolerated.
Be respectful of others in the channel and play with good sportsmanship in mind.
Disrespectful behavior and Drama will not be tolerated.
Drama� do not disrupt the room with it. If you must talk about an issue take it to a PM window with whom you wish to discuss the issue with, drama disrupts the flow of the channel.
If you 'forget' the guidelines, you will be warned or temporarily kicked. You may receive multiple warnings, or just one, then you will be kicked and banned. If that doesn�t work, then you may end up being permanently banned from the channel.
The Op�s will use their judgment according to the Guidelines...Do not piss off the Op�s. If you purposely provoke an Op to get a rise out of them, don�t be surprised if they kick/ban you.
Do not put Ops on ignore. If you ignore an Op you will be kicked/banned.
It may seem like these guidelines are a bit strick, but it is just basic IRC etiquette and good manners.
